How do orders ship?
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or Express. If you have an event date and product must arrive on or before that date, please authorize a faster method of shipping, by checking the box on the order form.

What is a valid shipping address?
We cannot ship to PO boxes. We must have a physical address since UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Only one shipping address per order, however; separate orders for each address can be placed.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Shipping fees are based on dimensional/weight, destination zone and the service selected. You will be charged standard published UPS rates.

Oversized items
Please note that some items are oversized such as golf bags, travel bags and other bulky items. Overnight freight for these items can be very expensive. If you would like a freight quote, please note that in the "Special Instructions" box on your order form.

International Shipping Addresses
